Dobrý den,
jsem v 10. týdnu těhotenství a pracuji na farmě. Víceméně nenáročná práce. Od září se ale sbírají jablka, která se plní do speciálního vaku (něco jako batoh, který se zavěsí zepředu na břicho). Asi nejde ani tak o váhu jablek (tam samozřejmě záleží, jak moc si to člověk naplní) ale o to, že je to zepředu na břiše. Nevím, jestli to nemůže mít na něco nějaký vliv?
Podle toho, co jsem zatím zjistila, je to podobné, jako když těhotná žena nosí druhé dítě v nosítku na břiše. A co vím, tak některé jsou schopné nosit i 17 kg dítě až do porodu... Ale přeci jenom já bych to dělala celý den. Zase si ale říkám, že na začátku 2. trimestru, na dobu 1-2 měsíce, by to možná nemuselo tolik vadit. Ráda bych znala Váš názor. Změna zaměstnání není v mé situaci ideální volba.

gratuluji k těhotenství a děkuji za dotaz.
Bohužel, žádné činnosti s tlakem na břicho se nemohu těhotné ženě s klidným svědomím doporučit a vyhláška je dokonce zakazuje (viz níže).
Vhodnost práce musíte zvážit sama, podle toho, jak se cítíte a jak těhotenství postupuje. Těhotenství není nemoc a mnoho žen žije jako dřív, ale pro většinu je to opravdu "jiný stav" a má svá specifika. Platí to i pro nošení sourozenců - hodně těhotných maminek nosí výhradně na zádech nebo musí s nošením přestat. Ostatně některé ženy nesnesou přes břicho ani gumu od kalhot.
Každopádně jste v těhotenství zákonem chráněná. Zaměstnavatel Vás nesmí propustit a má povinnost Vás převést na vhodnou práci se stejným platem a dokonce Vám umožnit odpočinek vleže. :-)
Vztahuje se na Vás vyhláška 180/2015 Sb., která přesně definuje jaké práce těhotné ženy nesmí vykonávat.
Práci na statku odpovídá zejména:
odstavec c) (práce) vykonávané velkými svalovými skupinami s převažující dynamickou složkou svalové práce podle jiného právního předpisu upravujícího podmínky ochrany zdraví při práci),
2. spojené s ruční manipulací s břemenem, jehož hmotnost při občasné manipulaci překračuje 10 kg nebo při časté manipulaci 5 kg, (pro srovnání pro netěhotnou ženu je limit 20 respektive 15 kg)
5. spojené se zaujímáním pracovní polohy v hlubokém předklonu, vkleče, v dřepu, vleže, ve stoji na špičkách, s rukama nad výškou ramen, s rotací trupu nebo úklony trupu o více než 10 stupňů, jde-li o opakující se pracovní úkony,
6. spojené s tlakem na břicho
Dále jsou zmíněné práce spojené s vibracemi, chovem zvířat a chemikáliemi (hnojiva a pesticidy mezi ně mohou patřit).
