Při čištění zubů mi v těhotenství krvácí dásně. Co s tím?

Dásně vlivem hormonů v těhotenství otékají a mají sklon ke krvácení, tvorbě plaku a růstu bakterií. Na místě je důkladná zubní hygiena! Jezte potraviny bo­haté na vitamin C a vynechejte sladké. Pravidelně si po jídle čistěte zuby nebo vyplachujte ústa. Není-li to možné, žvýkejte alespoň žvýkačky bez cukru nebo snězte hrst arašídů (nesolených) - mají antibakteriální účinky. Když nic nepo­může, navštivte zubního lékaře a požádejte ho o radu.
